Reputation and Brand Equity Research Case Study

IOA provided an assortment of research to a large multi-national financial services company in Southern Africa to help guide their strategic planning across Botswana, Namibia and Zambia. This included in-depth reputation and brand equity research, involving more than 500 face-to-face interviews, with low and middle-income clients and non-clients, and a web survey with more than 400 high-income and corporate clients. The research centred around topics of the brand’s promise to customers, their products and services and their communication channels.
